The basis for my bachelor thesis has been to preserver also the lesser valued time layers, to maintain the continuity of the transformation of Staffanstorp's old sugar refinery. To achieve this I focused on a demolition-threatened silo from the 1940s with an extension from the 1970s, to temporally bind the traditional factory to today's development in the area.
